Raising awareness in Movember
Year 12 students attended a talk about testicular cancer, presented by speakers from the OddBalls Foundation, during Men’s Health Awareness Month in November.
Students learned about chcecking themselves and the signs to look out for, to spot the disease.
Around 2,300 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer in the UK each year and it tends to affect younger men.

Also showing their support for the month more commonly known as Movember, staff proudly showed of their real and stick on moustaches.
Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of a range of men's health issues
