In the latest issue of the Morpeth School Bulletin, Headteacher Ms Reilly looks forward to Cultures Week, an idea that came from pupils as part of the school’s work on tackling discrimination.

Activities celebrating the school’s rich and diverse community, will take place over a five day period, starting Monday 28^th February.

Highlights include a Great Cultural Bake-Off, Show and Tell based on the theme of ‘It’s My Culture’, learning to say ‘hello’ in one of the130 plus languages spoken by the Morpeth School community and non-uniform day on Friday 4^th March.

Also in the bulletin are reports on the Library’s highly successful Harry Potter evening, the return of face to face careers coaching and workplace visits, marking Holocaust Memorial Day, and the dramatisation of Macbeth.
