A call has gone out for pupils to join the school Gardening Club which meets every Thursday lunchtime, at 1.15pm.

The soil has already been prepared and plant beds built with the help of Mr Peake from the Facilities Department.

Teacher, Ms Mayes said: “The garden is coming along a treat and we’d like to thank Mr Peak for his hard work 

“We can’t wait to start planting and bringing this incredibly valuable bit of outdoor space to life. Anyone can join, just meet us in the garden on Thursdays”.

The next stage for club members is to decide which fruit, vegetables and flowers they want to plant, and to raise funds to buy seeds.
