We are looking for a highly qualified graduate with experience of working with young people to lead our successful Pupil Support Team. You will be expected to lead the team who work proactively with pupils and in responding to day-to-day behaviour issues, liaise with pastoral leaders, other school staff, families and external agencies, and manage and support our behavioural procedures across all key stages.
